1. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of terms

إن استخدامك بوت @D2bulk_bot أو موقع D2Bulk يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط بالكامل. وإذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند منها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.By using the @D2bulk_bot Telegram bot or the D2Bulk website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. طبيعة الخدمة2. Nature of the service

D2Bulk بوت على تطبيق تيليجرام مخصص لبيع بطاقات الهدايا والقسائم والاشتراكات الرقمية وشحن الألعاب بأسعار الجملة، مع تسليم تلقائي وفوري بعد تأكيد الدفع.D2Bulk is a Telegram bot selling digital gift cards, vouchers, subscriptions and game top-ups at bulk pricing, with automatic instant delivery once payment is confirmed.

جميع العلامات التجارية والمنتجات المذكورة (كبطاقات الألعاب أو الاشتراكات) مملوكة لأصحابها، وD2Bulk غير تابع لها ولا معتمَد رسمياً من قِبَلها؛ إذ يقتصر دورنا على توزيع أكوادها الرقمية.All brands and products mentioned (game cards, subscriptions, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. D2Bulk is not affiliated with or officially endorsed by them — we are simply a distributor of their digital codes.

3. الطلبات والبيانات المطلوبة3. Orders & required information

• يتحمّل المستخدم مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الطلب بشكل صحيح (كمعرّف اللاعب أو البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالاشتراك)، نظراً لأن التسليم يتم بشكل تلقائي ولا يمكن تعديله بعد الإرسال.You are responsible for entering order details correctly (e.g. player ID or subscription email), since delivery is automatic and cannot be changed once sent.
• لا تتحمّل D2Bulk أي مسؤولية عن الأخطاء الناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة أدخلها المستخدم بنفسه.D2Bulk is not liable for errors caused by incorrect details the user entered themselves.

4. الدفع4. Payment

يتوفر الدفع عبر المحفظة الإلكترونية الداخلية للبوت. والأسعار المعروضة داخل البوت وقت تقديم الطلب هي الأسعار المعتمدة، وهي قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.Payment is available via the bot's built-in in-app wallet. Prices shown inside the bot at the time of order are the ones that apply, and may change at any time without prior notice.

5. الاستخدام المقبول5. Acceptable use

• يُحظر استخدام البوت لأي غرض احتيالي، أو لغسل الأموال، أو للدفع بوسائل غير مشروعة.Using the bot for fraud, money laundering, or illegitimate payment methods is prohibited.
• أي محاولة لعكس عملية دفع (Chargeback) دون مبرر بعد استلام الكود يترتب عليها تعليق الحساب فوراً.Any unjustified chargeback attempt after receiving the code will result in immediate account suspension.
• يُسمح بالشراء بكميات كبيرة بصفة موزّع، ويمكن التواصل معنا عبر البوت للحصول على أسعار جملة خاصة.Bulk purchasing as a reseller is allowed — contact us through the bot for special bulk pricing.

6. حدود المسؤولية6. Limitation of liability

تبذل D2Bulk أقصى جهدها لضمان سلامة التسليم، غير أنها لا تتحمّل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو خلل ناتج عن مزوّد الخدمة الأصلي (كالناشر أو الجهة المُصدرة للبطاقة) أو عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.D2Bulk makes every effort to ensure correct delivery, but is not liable for delays or issues caused by the original provider (e.g. the publisher or card issuer) or circumstances beyond our control.

7. تعديل الشروط7. Changes to these terms

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة نفسها مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.These terms may be updated from time to time; any update will be published on this same page with a new last-updated date.
